Supported research for the Human Factors team for research about surgical robotics, for example by helping with a large scale, formative usability evaluation. I contributed to the completion of documentation, such as experiment protocols and risk analyses, to provide evidence for the FDA about the safety of Verb Surgical’s surgical robot. I designed and moderated studies to determine hazards and risks, and I shared findings from studies in meetings and written reports. Responsibilities also included collecting, coding, and analyzing data.
